Hi, Skybroadband - they are so unprofesional! they can only sign-up contract, very fast! Other things no idea :(. they have total mess with the firewall settings. Skype? hahaha, I'm not so sure they know something about Skype. Actually I have 2 connections at home: "small"smartbro usb p999 per month Skype working excellent! other one is "big" Skybroadband 3MB for p2000. Skype picture you can forget, voice is chapping, can not understand. They can not fix the problem. It is a TV company and only selling cable additionally for internet... Solution? Change company...

internal speeker damaged or blown

Well besides the obvious of voice off/on the speaker could be blown. I have one of these units but have not cracked it open. My speaker has blown twice on my passport 9500i and I just replaced it myself. It's out of warrantee and Escort wouldn't send me a speaker, so I got one from radio shack and that worked for a while, then blew. I used a laptop internal speaker now and that works great ! BTW if the speaker on this unit is soldered to the board good luck, like I said I haven't cracked my ew3100 open yet.

I have a 2006 A8 and if you need help with the command say "help mmi" or when you are in one of the following modes: radio, CD, or Navigation. you can say "help ." This should provide you with all the commands the voice command can understand.

The TM506 (also known as Bella) must support the Bluetooth Handsfree 0.96 profiling.

The HF850 supports Bluetooth Headshet v1.1, v1.2 and Handsfree 0.96 protocol.

Unless you can find otherwise, the TM506 doesn't support Bluetooth 0.96 Profiles. It is my understanding that on the TM506 you must program your voice commands and I understand that to be different.

Nonetheless, the TM506 works very well and seamlessly (other than voice dialing) with the HF850.

check both the batterys voltage and that of the transformer for the corect voltages. a good 12 volt battery should read above 13 volts also check the charging voltage to your battiery by disconnecting one leg of the battery and see what you read across the read and black leads. it sounds like a power problem.
