I own a Panasonic RR-US395 with digital software Voice Editing Ver 1.0. I accidently did a hp recovery on my home computer Windows XP and it wiped out all of audio digitial files I had on my computer from my university lectures, I had a computer technician retrieve my extension *.wav waves format files and saved it on an external harddrive but he said if I cannot open your audio files they could not be there because they have been corrupted or damaged. I never corrupted my digital files. I have about a thousand audio files - help!

SOURCE: can't download from RR-US395 to my laptop which has Windows Vista

we have found an update on the panasonic web site. Wich uptdates to 1.10 and makes the software work but can't get the recorder to work. when we attach the recorder vista keeps asking for the M66291GP driver that acording to my searches corresponds to the RR-US395 and other models of numeric recorders.

M66291GP is unknown on the panasonic web site.

Hola que tal, desafortunadamente hasta donde yo sé Panasonic no ha actualizado Drivers para Windows 7 desafortunada mente así pasa a veces, en realidad té recomiendo que si vas a invertir en otro equipo consideres tus opciones ya que la verdad es mejor una grabadora de voz profesional y de una Marca líder en el ramo de las grabaciones como Olympus Philips o Dictaphone normalmente cada que sale un sistema operativo nuevo se actualizan muy pronto con el asunto de los drivers yo te recomiendo esta grabadora por su precio creo que vale la pena cada dólar http://www.tvps.com/Products/Philips-9380-Pocket-Memo-Digital-Recorder---New-LFH-9380__PH-LFH-9380.aspx
