The Height adjustment is off... look in the back of the TV set, it has some knobs in the back, one should be vert.lin for Vertical Linearity adjustment, and there is another call Vert.Hgt. for Vertical Height adjustment. try adjusting the Vertical Height first with someone watching in the front of the big TV to see if the top comes back into view, you might have to adjust the knob very slowly one way then the other way, to make this adjustment. If it doesnot adjust take it to a TV shop to get it repaired.

That's not the vert. hold...that for the vert col on the flyback...don't touch that! You need a service remote control to adj.vert and the right codes

You need to adjust "vertical height" in the service program. You need to put the set in "service mode" to do this adjustment. If you google "enter service mode RCA F32665" you should find the procedure. It will be listed in abbreviated letters such as VERT SIZE or VERT HT. Follow the instructions for entering service mode and saving the data closely!! The data you change will be listed as a number between 1 and 63. The number will only need to reduced by a small amount and you can still see the picture behind the data and watch it shrink as you adjust the number down.Always burn the new number to memory (if required) before exiting service mode. I got your previous post. normally, the adjustments are toward the back following the back side of the main board, if they are not there, then they are sprayed all around the main board itself. things to look for are:

vert.
vadj.

I'm looking for a service manual for your tv 27pt9015d. still not having any joy finding this manual. the problem you are experiencing is technically called "vertical fold over", if there is no adjustments, then it's circuit controlled and will probably need servicing.
