You need to isolate the noise by listening with a stethoscope, a sonoscope or something similar to discover which is the noisy joint (are you sure it is the machine and not one of your joints?).

If a joint has no running clearance there will be no room for grease or oil and the joint might have to be dismantled and eased before lubricant will have a chance to work. This isn't unusual where metal and plastic meet as although durable, plastic isn't the most stable of materials.
