Here's an idea!
Most modern TVs have a remote control with various settings. Look for an option that allows you to change the screen orientation. This might be labeled as "Picture Mode" or "Display Settings." Find the "Rotation" or "Orientation" option and set it to "Normal" or "0 degrees" to correct the upside-down screen.
For the sound, check the TV's audio settings. Make sure the TV's volume is turned up and that no sound modes (e.g., "Mute" or "Silent") are activated. If you're using an external source device (like a DVD player or streaming box), ensure that the cables connecting it to the TV are secure. Check the audio settings on the source device as well.
If the issues persist, you might consider performing a factory reset on your TV. However, be aware that this will erase all custom settings and preferences, so make sure you're okay with reconfiguring your TV.
Samsung say you should try the factory reset option.
If that doesn't work it could be a fault on the main board. Sometimes this happens when boards are replaced.
There is also a service mode that allows you to flip the main screen. You can find how to access that by searching YouTube with the words "Samsung TV picture upside down".
Try the other options first though.
Step 1 Press the "Menu" button on the Samsung LED TV or the remote control. Step 2
Press the up or down arrow buttons and highlight "Support." Press the "Enter" button to open the Support Menu. Related Reading:How to Reset a Samsung DVD Recorder Step 3
Select "Self Diagnosis" and press the "Enter" button. Select the "Reset" option and press "Enter." Step 4
Enter your TV's security PIN. The default PIN is 0000; however, if you had previously changed it, enter the new PIN. Step 5
Select "Yes" to confirm your selection when the "All settings will return to factory defaults except network settings" dialog message appears on the screen. The TV powers off automatically and restores the default factory settings. How to Reset Samsung LED TV to Factory Defaults
