I had a look through some forums and the best answer I found was this:

Try the last 4 digits of your phone number. If you can't remember the number, then the only solution I know of is to remove the SIM card from the phone (if you have one) and enter the number below. This will erase everything on the phone that is not saved to a memory card (if you have one) or to the SIM card.

As i said i found this on a forum and the replies to it where positive but maybe do a lil' research into it yourself before you try it.

Take it to a cell phone dealer who sells this phone, they should b3e able to repair or tell you to buy a new one.

you will have to call the service provider, provide proof that you own the machine and then they will give you a PUK code number. enter that and then a pin code of your choosing
