My drivers side door chimes that it is open but it is closed and chimes with the window down and if you just lean on the door even slightly touch the door it chime in addition it does lock like it supposed to at 15mph but it also keeps locking itself I am worried that it will unlock it self as I am driving and pop open
I doubt the door will open when the car is moving. But the door lock issue is probably the sensor in the door latch.

Take a look at end of door where latch is & post where the 2 meet when closed. Look for round metal button/contacts, about 1/2" in diameter. If you look close, they should line up to make contact with each other when door is closed. Take some fine steel wool (preferred) or fine sandpaper and scuff them up until you see metal is clean on both surfaces. Now try it, and let me know what happens.

the other locks work correctly.
quick fix is to clean the contacts that the door makes when you close it. there are contacts on the door pillar (probably look like little copper circles) on the door itself there will be some spring loaded contacts... make sure they work freely and are clean.

sounds like the actuator. I had the same problem. Mine got to the point where it will now only work with the key. Had it looked at by dealer.. actuator is bad. Good luck.
