There is likely a nameplate with a wiring diagram inside. Without being familiar with the specific model, I can't tell you where. If you can find it, it will show both 460 and 230 volt configurations. Regardless, you will find inside the wiring box (where the conduit comes into the mixer) there are four wires corresponding to two windings - for 460 volts, the windings are wired in series. For 230 volts, they should be wired in parallel.

220 is the best way to run it. its cheaper. My advise is leave it alone unless you really know what to do .. Jon

This can only be done if the motor is switchable between 240 vac and120 vac If it only says 120 vac on the motor you have a problem.

You don't need to 'rewire the house'. You will need a 240 volt circuit ran for the dryer to work though.

You have to get you a transformer .voltage input 120 and out put 24 volts.But will have to wire it through a relay or contacter with the coil volts 24.

no, you need to rewire the motor.
the heater elements may not let you do that, since it is rated for 480v.
