My Crosley combination turntable/CD/cassette/AM & FM radio has recently started giving me fits. I bought it new in 2003 and, until a few months ago, it worked great. But now the turntable arm won't click on automatically and I have to do it manually a few times before it does turn on, then the records all play at the highest speed (nothing like listening to the Righteous Brothers sing in falsetto); all cassettes sound muted, even though none of the other components sound muted; and the CD player just makes a whirring noise and won't even attempt to play a CD. The radio works just fine.

My Crosley CR6007A-MA turntable's sound is very, very low. You can't even hear it barely. I haven't had it long at all and it wasn't broke due to any sort of abuse. I really have no idea why it would do this for no reason! Help!

I don't know how to get the turn table to start

Once the turntable mode is selected picking up the arm and moving it to the record should start the deck spinning.

I have a Memorex 9200M am/fm stereo ,double cassette turntable and 3 cd changer and it will no turn on, I've only used it 8 or 9 times. How or can I fix it ?

If you bought this new, I strongly suggest taking it back. There are no servicable parts inside and taking it apart will void warranty

The turntable on my philco cd cassette and turntable unit does not turn. how to i access the belt, etc. to see whats wrong?

I had a similar issue with my Crosley turntable that I recently picked up... and after digging up the manual online all I had to do was lift up on the tone arm and move it to the right (past the holding mechanism) until it clicked, and voila, the turntable started spinning again.

I hope this helps!
