Yes, plug it in to your computer, open "My Computer," open the iPod folder, open "Notes," and delete the music files there, or move them to iTunes. Moving them directly to the music folder won't do anything, so you have to put them back into iTunes.

I'm sure the people at radio shack did it right.
Alot of times memory/SD Cards won't exactly show up on the screen or tell you their working.
Most phones can handle them without saying anything.

However.

Using a memory card

You can save, move and delete the files

between your phone and external memory

card. You can also move and copy the files

to computer from your phone.

To copy a file to the memory card

1. Select the file > Options > Copy to

External Memory.

2. To copy the file back to the phone, press

Options > Copy to Phone.

To move a file to the memory card

1. Select the file > Options > Move to

External Memory.

2. To move the file back to the phone,

press Options > Move to Phone.

In Advanced Mode, you have access to all

of the features of Breeze II including the

the computer.

2. Press Menu > Settings >

Connectivity.

3. Press Select USB Mode.
4. Select Music Player, Mass Storage or

Ask on Connection.

I have iPod Nano 2Gb . If I play music each 10sec music stop and start new song. I can not arrive to eliminate this mistake.

This worked for me.

1. Locate the actual song file. You can check this in iTunes, use the 'Get info' command, in the summary tab, there's a 'where' item at the bottom. Mentally note that this is 'file#1'.

2. Once you've find the file, make a copy of this file in some other folder. Or maybe even on the desktop. Mentally note that this is 'file#2', which is a copy of 'file#1'. Do not rename.

3. Go to iTunes, and delete the problematic song. If iTunes ask to remove the file, click 'yes'. If iTunes doesn't ask, manually remove the file from the original folder. You are removing 'file#1'.

4. Once this is done, move back the copied file, ie 'file#2', to location where 'file#1' was.

5. Add the song back into iTunes. iTunes will treat it as a new song. You will lose some data like Rating or Play Count. You might need to add some details like track number and so on.

6. Sync your iPod. Done.

You have to do this steps to every problematic song. Tedious, yes. But it's better than the need to re-encode the files.

I get a message - The folder 'itunes' cannot be found and is required. I moved my music files (outside of the itunes app using Windows Explorer (Doh!) and now can't open the itunes app to change the...

I would suggest using Windows Restore (Start/All programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore to restore your computer back to the way it was before you moved the files. Then you can move the iTunes libraries from within iTunes itself.

If you are not familiar with System Restore, note that when you go back if you won't lose data but any other programs you've installed will need to be reinstalled.
