One possible thought is to change the batteries in the remote itself.

1st thing to do is remove the batteries from the remote and see if it still changes by itself, if it does then I'd look at main board issues

hello, it look like the volume and channels micro swichs at the front of thr tv.
are broken, you should change all off them

CHECK THE MENU FOR AUTOMATIC SOUND SETTINGS SOME TVS WILL HAVE FEATURES THAT KEEP THE VOLUME AT CERTAIN PLACE OR CHANGE IT TO CERTAIN VOLUME AT TURN ON.

check the botton volume if is good.it may stock up,need to clean.
