Check you firewalls. Sometimes you will have to allow certain mac addresses or certain ip addresses (may be less secure than the mac address), then change sharing level to full, before things begin to work.

Kindly reset and re-configure the Router and save its settings. if the same problem persits the try using usb mode instead of RJ45(LAN).

it is because of the ip address from the router. you should re-configure the router and allow to generate more ip addresses from the router.

Mine did that and it required a return for repair, 3Com has a great warranty program but you must contact them to schedule the return.

on a mac u have to go to finder, applications, uttility, network utility and in there under the info tab there is a drop down. in that drop down you have to choose network interface (en1) AND IT GIVES YOU THE IP ADDRESS

you go to start, run, type cmd. and then type ipconfig. locate the ip for default gate way. Use the ip to go to your browser.

That 3Com really doesn't have a wahy of setting up a VPN.
As per the 3Com site it:
Support of VPN termination/initiation and passthrough allows secure connection to central office and/or secure access from remote workers.
So it will allow 3rd party VPN setups to pass through, but it doesn't have the ability to create one.
You might want to look into something like a Netgear Firewall

router default ip gateway will be the 192.168.1.1,so you can able to give the same ip address,so you configure only other ip address & try it.

you need to get into the routers settings (192.168.1.1 in your web browser) and look for DHCP, and enable it so as to give your pc's there automatic ip addresses, also check in the general settings if it's a modem router that you have got a internet connection from your ISP and all the dns and ip addresses are showing. Go to the properties of each network card in network connections in your control panel and click on the TCP/IP line and click properties again and ensure obtain ip address automatically is selected and click ok. Restart all pc's if neccasary and refresh your web browser when trying to get online.
