you have to ring your service provider and they will give it to you e.g for instance your provider might be t-mobile so you would ring t-mobile and they will give it to you

How To Unlock Your LG Viewty KU990 1. Boot up your LG Viewty phone with the original SIM card in.
2. Bring up the LG Viewty keypad on the screen.
3. Now type, 2945#*990#.
4. Next, a menu will pop up and select SIM unlock.
5. Enter your unlock code.
6. Your LG Viewty KU900 should reboot automatically and your done!

Hi, I've explained it on this pagebasicly the puk code has noting todo with your phone, its on the simcard for protection, the pin code when entered 3 times wrong willenable the puk code and block the pin code.

you will need to get the puk code from your service provider and you will be able to change the pin code ones you have the puk.

you can get the puk code from your service provider, whomever that may be, vodaphone, O2 orange etc... they will ask you for youe IMEI number inside the phone (probably under the battery), then they will issue you with a puk code.

PUK stands for 'Pin Unlock Code', and has to be entered if you've locked your SIM by repeatedly entering the wrong PIN code. When you turn the phone on and it asks for

PUK code

PIN Blocked.
Enter PUK Code

At this point the touch screen keypad is displayed portrait format with an emergency button bottom left.
