I recently bought an electric massage chair for our home office, and just discovered that I do not have the first clue on how to properly clean and maintain the chair. Can anyone help me?

As for the upholstery, is your chair is leather, there are some simple things you can do to maintain your new massage chair. You should clean your chair using a moist cloth and gentle moisturizing hand soap. You can also use a duster to dust the chair once or twice a week.

I heard that a while ago, there was a safety problem with bean bag chair zippers. Is this true and is there still a safety concern?

It is true. Approximately 20 years ago there were some safety issues regarding the zippers closing the bean bag chairs. Now many companies have worked to correct this issue and have manufactured bean bag chairs with a double locking zipper.

I know I want to buy a classic wooden high chair for my little girl but I don't really know what factors to take into consideration. Can anyone be of assistance?

I would be more than happy to help. When buying a classic high chair it is important to focus on the basics. Is the chair comfortable? Most high chairs come with a cushioned seat. Is it durable? Since most are made from wood/plastic it will most likely be durable. What kind of portability will this high chair offer? Some high chairs are designed to fold up for easy storage. How easy is it to clean? Most classic high chairs have vinyl seats allowing ease when it comes time to clean up. Last and most important, is it safe?

Speed lights flash alltogether at the same time chair will not run

The chair is in sleep mode or lockout mode. To unlock-- turn on the chair, immediately push the joystick straight forward until you hear a beep then push it straight back until you hear another beep then release to center. This should unlock the joystick. Turn the chair off then back on and you should get normal operation Hope this helps

Jimmy sorry to hear bout your problem but there is no fix for a faulty controller other than getting another one. you can check on e-bay in medical to see if anyone is trying to sell one or check around with any local provider who might have an old chair that is ready for the junk pile to get one from it Now if Medicare purchased the chair for you then they will pay for most of the repair costs If this is your situation call Repair Xpress at 1-877-581-3733 and they can help you. Wish I had better news

[email protected] come on. chair won't move. I hear a "whiring" sound

Sounds like you have the chair in "freewheel" Look under the front of the seat there are two levers next to the seat posts they should both be facing forwrd and not toward the sides at the wheels Your chair should now work normally Hope this helps
