Hi i know how to repair this unit but i dont have a service manual please tell how i can reset the counters

you have to go into service first
you have to log on in SDS
WITH user :oceservice
pASSWORD:675756
And there on consumbeles you have to reset by
pressing 0 / enter and than egnoladge with the green V on top

You have to get into the controller with the oce username and password. Then you will be able to reset the consumables counters. Depending on the version of the controller it gets more complicated

Bought a used OCE TDS 400 scan print unit and it worked fine.
Take it back to the IT guy and ask him to fix it properly. The 'motherboard bad' was a guess which was incorrect.

You can't adjust the temperature. It is an automated process. Is the toner on the page gritty? If so, there is a problem with either the developer or developer unit. Maybe even the HVPS. If it is not gritty, the fuser may need to be replaced. Call an authorized Oce representative for parts and service.
