I have my prepaid unit of motorola ex-119, i am trying to top up, but whenever i press the refill syntax, it will have error "for emergency call only", but then i can call other number, i just can't refill my load balance. how to settle this - for emergency all only message. have i unknowingly press any wrong settings?please help

hey i was having the same problem, seemed to occur when cingular switched over to att, i resolved this problem by deleting all messages. when you are in the message menu select options then cleanup mesages and select all messages. hope this works for you as it did me. good luck!!

not even a MASTER RESET will resolve this issue most of the time. the only way to fix it is to perform a MASTER CLEAR. Before doing a master clear, make sure you save all contacts to your sim card and images, videos, etc to your memory card.
