Replace the power supply.
Apparently you are getting power to that, but it is not passing power to the motherboard.
If this does not work, I would suggest the following for troubleshooting:
Open the case and unplug everything but the memory (hard drive, CD, other cards)
Now try to start it. If it starts, it's probably the CD.
If, with only the CPU and memory plugged in, nothing happens, then it's probably the power supply.
The next step would be to replace the motherboard.

SOURCE: I don't know how to turn on wireless radio adapter

It should either be in the settings for the card, (software) the control panel around network connections or the card on device manager.

Try a different monitor (borrow one). If that doesn't work, you need to take it to the shop.

What could be wrong with my pc monitor,I turned it on and the screen is blank

it is always best to be as descriptive as possible and give as much info as you can about your problem. is it a laptop or desk top? is it a new display added to a desktop? if it is a desktop and the screen is blank after you turn it on, most likely the cable to the pc is not firmly connected (i've done this many times when setting up a new system) or it could also be that the system has gone into Hibernate mode and moving the mouse or pressing the space bar or escape key could bring it out of hibernate mode. Hibernate mode goes active when the system has been idle for a long time without any keystrokes or mouse activity. hope this helps

I have an acer aspier desk top i looked in back and took out one of my ram to see what type it was then i put it back in now when i turn my computer on i have a blank screen and a long never ending beep

Take the cover back off and reseat the ram. You may have to reseat the ram a few times until it makes good contact. Sometimes dust falls into the slot, so blow out the slot too. Also, make sure the hump in the slot aligns with the notch on the ram stick. Of course, don't forget to be sure the latch clicks in place,

My PC is making a beep sound and nothing is showing on the monitor. it is an hp tower desk top

Whenever you hear a system beep it means the system is hung due to a hardware error. How many beeps does it make? The number off beeps can help you dtermine what the issue may be. It could be a video card failure, cpu failure, ram failure, or even a power supply issue. The beeps aren't very specific but they can give you a starting point. Given that it is such a generic error code I would suggest taking the PC to a repair center. I wish I could be of more assistance. If you have any further questions please feel free to reply in this thread.

Quick question, did you upgrade any components prior to the error beeps?

My computer turns on but my monitor screen stays blank my key board lights dont come onim wondering if this is my harddrive because it doesnt make any noise when i turn it on

Hi,
Its highly unlikely that its the hard drive as a computer will still show a post or splash screen without a hard drive being installed.
Is the computer making any beeping sounds?

PS: Remove the RAM, wipe the contact points with paper & reset it. If there were carbon deposits, it will work. Remember to use a clean paper of the thickness of a newspaper. Do this first.

Dell desk top

I really can't help you there the best that I can do is give you the number to a guy in South Carolina who is like a major computer nerd and can possibly help you out. His name and number is Dwight Welsh and
(910) 494-7467. I know that he would more then likely be able to tell you what is wrong with it because he's fryed his mother bord before no thanks to my lil sister by spilling hot coffee onto it! so if anybody would know he would!
