Check soldered in fuse R607 in power supply circuit =
If open, replace it and bad converter xistors ( 2SC4834)
Next, replace shorted horizontal output transistor w/ first Quality.
Solder any / all bad connects,esp.horiz drive to base of horiz.
o / p xistor. Soldering is critical or it will blow up again......
some times it is due to channel interference or due to weak signal or poor transmission.
as your tv is perfectly ok so question of defect in tv.
it is outside problem only please check it.
replaceing parts will not solve your problem.
you will have to go as per procedure.

check power supply output.
