I had the same Qustion and found yours so I experimented and after you turn it on push the button and keep it held in until the light turns off!! Mine has the light off now!!!
Check for a failed capacitor under the control panel It is a start/run capacitor that the motor needs to start running. The motor will hum and if left will eventually burn out.
I am having the same problem. I have no misting at all, only music and colors. I am going to try moving the glass spout so it's opposite the plastic spout--i read that somewhere. I'm also going to start over again with filtered water. I had gotten into the habit of just reflilling and adding more oils. hope this works and helps you too!!
Hi, have you given it a while? That humidifier usually takes about 10 minutes to get going. After 10 minutes or so you should be able to feel the warm mist coming out, and soon after you should feel a difference in the moisture in the air.
I want do any thi9ng after I====push the power button once,
push timer once, I chose 50%hum. the icon (two tear drops)
stoped blinking. Nothing happen at this point as for as
humidity in tothe room. HELP
