Ices over again after a month or 2 Is it the Evap Coil assy DA96-00020Q or the Main PCB DA41-00134F
Might not be either. What is the model number of your fridge?
Samsung RS2520SW
On that model your defrost heater is woven into your evaporator and you should let a qualified professional do that repair. You can check and verify that your heater is bad by doing the following check. 1. Unplug your refrigerator and open up the panel covering your main board on the back of the unit. 2. Unplug connector on CN70 (wire colors are Blu, Gry, Blu, Org, Wht, Red, Brn) 3. Using an Ohm meter verify continuity on the wire harness between pin 13 and 7 (orange and Brown) If you have continuity then your heater is good and you should replace part numbers: DA47-10160H and DA32-00006W. When you install the thermistor with the yellow wires try to place in around the middle of the top of your evaporator. It is not likely that your main board is bad though it is a possibility. If you want to test the main board let me know and I will give you instructions on that process.
Thanks for the response. I do have continunity 48 ohms at pins 13 an 7. I replace the 2 parts u suggested and still have the same icing problem. 2- 3 days and its iced over. Please respond with the next step or advise on how th check the main board.

check the defrost bimatal or defrost thermanstat it will be located on the evaperator suction line (large line) it should read continuity with the ref cold if it showes continuity then the defrost timer is the problem
SOURCE: Jenn-Air Side by side. The freezer compartment ices up and the refrig does not get cold.

if you can put the frig. in defrost this will tell the sensor to turn on and you will see the heater melting the ice,if you can't put it in defrost and the sensor still has ice on it,simply put it in your hand,as your hand warms up you should feel the sensor pop, this pop tells the heater to turn off,if no pop the sensor is bad,if no ice on the sensor put it in a glass of ice, chill it down and do the same hand test, you can also use an omhs meter to check it,all the sensor does is open and close, let me know what you find-mike

If ice/frost is building up on the back wall of the freezer then you have a defrost system failure.
Defrost system; Evap Fan, Heater, Thermo disk, Timer.
Evap Fan - this should be running all the time except when it goes into defrost mode.
Defrost Timer - This part is hard to locate on some models, a call to a parts place with the model number can help you find it and tell you if this is the type you can mannualy turn to put in the defrost mode. If you can do this, take the back panel off in the freezer so you can see the cooling coils. The heater should be red hot and melting the ice. If so, replace the timer. If not, you need an OHM meter to check the heater and therma disk.
Un plug the Ref, locate the heater, usually looks like a heating element in an oven and runs across the bottom of the coils. Touch the meter leads to each end of the heater. If no reading, replace.
Therma Disk - located close to where the coils enter the freezer, small round disk clipped to the coils. Check the same as the heater but, you won't get a good reading unless the temp is below freezing. Any doubt, just replace, it's not that expensive.
This is a lot to do, hope this helps.

It is possible you have a defective fan motor in the condenser area or evaporator area. Sometimes when they become defective they will run for a while and just warm up and stop while the compressor continues to run. I learned that one on four costly returns to the home. The cost was to me not the customer. Thanks, Sea Breeze
