Power requirement I am presently in North America and returning to central Europe, unfortunately I have a problem regarding my Myryad System. I don?t see myself parting with it and want to bring it as I relocate. I am wondering if system is convertible to 220V from present 110V I am using it with. I absolutely love it and don?t see myself without it. Thank you for In advance . David.

Wiz thank you for the effort it is appreciated. Fortunately I got another info from someone who is working on the units and he said that power is selectable from the inside of the unit. The only thing additional is necessary to obtain European plug in cord. This made me extremely happy.

    Thank you again.

    David.

David, rest assured you can purchase a VOLTAGE CONVERTER and use it overseas to adapt to other voltages. I would recommend you pick one up at any electronic dealers or check online as to what is available, GOOGLE: Power Converters Be sure to obtain one close to the wattage your unit requires

What are the continents names please tell me its home work?

In Europe and other parts of the world, many students are taught of six continents, where North and South America are combined to form a single continent of America. Thus, these six continents are Africa, America, Antarctica, Asia, Australia, and Europe. I am informed that in France, it is not taught that Antarctica is a continent and thus there are five continents for French students.

Many scientists also state that there is six continents, where Europe and Asia are combined (since they're one solid geologic landmass) as Eurasia. Thus, these six continents are Africa, Antarctica, Australia, Eurasia, North America, and South America.

Life of columbus

Columbus made his first landfall in the Bahamas, not actually on the American mainland. On this and a second voyage he also charted parts of Cuba.On his third and fourth voyages he did make landfall on continental Central and Sth America. So he made Europe aware of the Americas, but did not physically discover Nth America.

That feat was probably due to the Norsemen, who left settlements there, but no more modern record in Europe. After Columbus, John Cabot sailed to the vicinity of Newfoundland and Maine, and went ashore, although it is no known exactly where. So he is generally agreed to have been the discoverer of parts north of Cuba and San Salvador.

I just bought a Europe map from garmin for my nuvi 1300 and when I try to download it I get the message "insufficient Space". I have a North America map on my Garmin that I am not using at the...

Yes you do have to remove the North America map, I was just checking on the specs and they do not list that it supports a memory card so unfortunately due to the lack of available space on the solid state drive that comes built into this unit you will have to do the map switchover.

I need to repair a couple ESQ watches, I am kiving in Europe but I can't see to find an official dealer

Esq currently only has authorized retailers in Central America, North America, and the Caribbean. You might have to send it to an authorized retailer outside of Europe as I don't believe they have any there. For more info go to their website where you can email then and ask them what they suggest you do as far as getting the watch to them to be fixed.
