The VIN doesn't help. I can get you the code but will need the serial number off the radio itself. It will start with the letter "M" and have 6 numbers after the "M". You can reply here with it or email me directly at [email protected]. No there won't be a cost for the unlock code.

First make sure that the code has not been noted somewhere
within the car (underneath the ash tray, glove box , rear of sun visor etc)
To see if your code is available here for free then the radio will have to be
removed from the dashboard (and if you are lucky, someone may have written the
code on the casing ) .
If not then POST ANOTHER QUESTION
quoting the radio MAKE+MODEL
plus ALL the LETTERS+NUMBERS on ANY LABELS ,BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL
CASING
There should be a 14 character number beginning with
BP++++++++++++ and also a model number beginning with
7 *** *** *** so quote everything you can find
Also quote the MAKE of CAR

There is a code to get from the radio, then a Technicians will call GM to get the actual unlock code. Only takes a few minutes.
