Change my iphone name 3g - Apple iPhone 3G

Open iTunes, select your device, and then click on its name again in the left navigation area, that should let you change the device name.

Your iPhone uses the name that is listed in your address book for called ID. On your iPhone, go to Contacts, click on the name of the contact you wish to edit, hit Edit in the upper right-hand corner, and then change the last name accordingly. Once you are done, hit Done on the upper right-hand corner again, and now the correct name will show on caller ID.

When you plug your iPhone into iTunes, iTunes will recognize it and will show the name of your iPhone on the left sidebar. Double click that and enter the new name for your iPhone then just press enter.

First connect your iPhone with your iTune then double Click on your iPhone name then change it :D . Good luck n hope this help.

Y would u want to connect to a Virtual Private Network? If u dnt kno the account name and server i dnt think you need a vpn as these are usually used for private business's . But i think you might need to set up cellular data network instead. If your on a 3g data network then u'll need tmobile to reset it for ya bcuz the cellular data network is only available ounce ur using edge. The 3g network is supposed to automatically configure the right settings for ya. 

You can't send and receive files with the iPhone's bluetooth. Version 3 of their firmware will supposedly provide this functionality, but only on the iPhone 3G. (2G models don't have the necessary hardware)

As for the hands-free car setup, that should work just fine. It's a matter of pairing the two devices together.
