you can purchase a universal unlock chip... via ebay Here is one such card for example... I've got one and it works fine..just place it in the phone between the sim card and the contacts in the phone. it will slide in between and when you reboot your phone it will allow the sim card access to your service. Let me know how you do.

Default code for Nokias is 12345. This will work if you did not change access code.
If you set up your own access code, you can recover the code by connecting to computer or using a file manager. You can download Fileman here.
After installing file manager check the folder C:Systemmmcstore . Rename file mmcstore.txt and send it to another mobile or to your PC via bluetooth or USB, open it and there you will find the password.

Here is also a reset procedure that works on some Nokia, I do not know if it is good for 6300.
Beware, by using reset below you will delete all data stored in phone memory, even phone numbers if they are stored in phone memory:
Take the SIM card out.
Make sure your phone battery is fully charged.
Press * 3 send at the same time and turn the phone on.
Keep this two buttons pressed until the reset screen appears.
Wait some time to reset.
Switch phone back on.

The only solution for 6300 is go to phone shop or nokia repair centre. Then ask for your phone to be flashed, you may need proof of purchase. Your phone will be fully cleared- back up your things first.

Mastercode:
This is the code needed to reset the Security code, nothing else, and it's for your phone only. You type in security codes until the phone request the Mastercode, when it does, leave your phone still, don't use it for 15 minutes, then type in the Mastercode.
To give you your Master Code I need the IMEI number to get this type *#06#
