It open fine but when I truy and close it it react as though somthing is blocking it. It stop and beggin to blink. I have to hold the button until it close.
Assuming you have an electric eye across the door, one side may have gotten moved so that they no longer 'see' each other. There is usually an indicator light on on side that will light up (usually red or green) when the eyes 'see' each other. If they are not 'seeing' each other then they make you go into override mode which requires the button to be held down.

Observe the green receiver sensor while the door travels. If it blinks, then likely the optical sensor is causing the door to return to open and flash for 5 seconds. This could be caused by poor sensor alignment or a loose track or loose sensor mount or poor wire splice if not a single length.
You can check receiver sensor alignment by slowly moving your hand, open palm, towards the center of the receiver blocking the transmitter emitter mounted to the opposite track.
Check in two axis, front-back and top-bottom. If aligned properly, the green lamp will turn off as your hand reaches near equadistance to center of the receiver regardless of direction.
The only thing that will cause the main light to flash 10 times and the door to reverse to the open position is a sensor problem. Make sure the light on each sensor is on and not flickering ever so slightly. Make sure they are not moving when the door starts to close. Lights on sensors should not blink. One light should stay on constantly and the other sensors light should go off when you block the sensors.
You have a door sensor problem. The IR sensors found at the bottom of the door rails will need some attention. Both have an LED visible. Is one on or none? If none are on, check the wiring. Older models had a plug in the rear of the sensor that corroded due to moisture, causing intermittent or no operation. If 1 is on, check to be sure that they are aligned with each other. If they are crooked, the door will not close without holding the wall button (as you described). They are easily knocked out of alignment. Check for cobwebs and debris blocking the sensors. Replacement sensors are around $50 and are easily installed with just wire cutters and pliers. Remember to unplug the unit before replacing the sensors.
Check your door sensors closely. Sometimes one will be off just a bit and the light will be on but blinking ever so slightly. If the main light flashes 10 times when the door reverses it is definitely a door sensor problem. Nothing else will cause that.
The remotes use a receiver to actuate the door and the wall control does not. It sounds like your logic board is bad. Maybe a lightning storm recently? Try removing the board and look for burnt or missing traces on the printed circuit.
take the two screws out of back controll panel than jam somthing to hold the door closed switch forward mine did same many times and it is always that switch moved back a little to far you can check by holding open door and push in switch with a pen or somthing
What it is is the electric beams at the door are getting blinded buy the sun or out of line. They are the two black boxes on both sides of the door about a foot from the ground. Put a piece of card board in front of them not blocking the beam dut to block the sun. All that they are is safety beams for kids so they do not get hurt. If you have to move them to the top where the sun will not hit them. Sorry to say though you can not remove them all the way. Also make sure the lite on them is not blinking if so they are out of line.
