If you mean it keeps on shooting out gas when you turn the knob, that sounds like the valve has a problem, likely a tiny piece of dirt in it. I am not sure there is any fix other than to take it out and clean it, or replace it.

If for some reason you are sure it is a regulator problem, then just change it for a new one - available at many stores that sell Coleman.

Colman two burner camp stove has too much propane coming out of the burner when turned on

It needs a new flow regulator, thats the big round thing that's connected inline on your supply hose.

Stove top and oven doesn't work.

If it is an electric stove it may have tripped one side of the 230 line. Check the house cuircuit breaker panel and find the stove circuit breaker. It will be tied together by a bar or clip. Shut off both breakers completly and reset them back completely. If it is a power problem this should reset the stove.

Regulator on stove is clogged, how do i clean?

IF THIS IS A WHITE GAS STOVE/LANTERN, COLMAN FUEL OR GASOLINE, open drain tank, than unlscrew nut closest to the tank, turn cleaning rod into up possition or turn up fuel knob, unhook cleabing rod, leave in gen, if wont come out do not force, than remove tip on other end,if tip is not steel it will melt, heat gen,and rod till red hot leave on heat till carbon is turned to ash, on fire "camp" 30min. or longer should do the trick, torch will work to. gently up and down if rod does not slide rite out, mite have to repeate heating prosess, blow out ash after cold and rod slides freely. than reassemble, being carefull not to bend cleaning rod tip "inner rod" on lanterns do not over tight soft tip, when lighting after cleaning, some times hard to light until ash is worked out of rod and gen. works great! if to dirty replace.

There is water in your fuel. Drain the tank and flush it out with denatured alcohol. Refill with fresh fuel.
