While taking copy or taking print from PC it gives the message of Error #04-002,please provide me the soluiton.
Mi impresora se bloquea a penas doy la opcion de imprimir funciona y cuando supuestamente va a coger la hoja queda bloqueda ssale q es error #04-002 no se q hacerl ya le revise y no tiene atasco de hojas ni nada q debo hacer si solo dece q la apague y la vuelva a prender pero no funciona

My connection is via a parallel to parallel cable, and I am also having a similar problem. I'm reading that usb to usb cable is the only way it will properly function. good luck with it!

For the system to work
completely; you need the print driver, scan driver and smarthru4.
Once you install the scan driver (available on Samsung website); the issue will go away.
Also, another trick; instead of using the smart thru - which is kind of
awkward, download Picasa 3 and if you have installed the scan driver
correctly, you can use Picasa to import the scans by controlling the
printer. It also allws for some other tweaks that are not so easy to
get to in Smart Thru.
In addition to Picasa you can use several other graphic applications to scan the image.
