Try fanning the paper. In conditions of low humidity, the paper will tend to stick together. Also make sure the feed roller is clean. Use a cloth with some alcohol on it and clean the surface of the feed roller.

what is the error message that it gives you ? the most common on these printers is the paper feed error the machine will not pick up paper. the feed tire is right below the toner system and the feed tire gets dirty and wont feed paper. if this is the case the feed tire needs to be cleaned. you should take it to a dealer for this cleaning because it is hard to get to the whole tire with out knowing what to do.

Dear This problem is due to fail or low supply of high voltage. The HVPS and LVPS is one card. try to clean the high voltage contact points and paths. the warm up time will be reduced. Otherwise you need to replace it. Other things you have experienced are normal. Thanks.

Hi Steve, The waste toner tank is the gray L-shaped container to the left of the cyan (blue) toner cartridge. Pull on the tab handle and either shake out the waste toner into a deep trash can (VERY messy) or outside into a trash can, then replace the old one if emptied or use a new one. Should be able to get it at a larger office supply store. Hope this helps.

Having encountered this issue, I read the manual. The only way I found it to work was to press scan and then choose the application that you want to use. I normally just choose scan to Paint. Then launch Paint on your pc, Go to File and select From Scanner and Camera and your image will appear in Paint. (not the easiest scan method in the world but it works; I have tried selecting the other applications on the scanner menu but haven't had any success.

I know this is an old post, but I still feel it will help to post my solution in case anyone else has this problem. I deleted the Samsung 4725fn PCL6 driver from each computer and added a Universal Print Driver from the Samsung website locally to each PC that connected to this printer via the network. So far, the Universal Driver has solved the End Of Job (EOJ) page from printing after each print job. Hopefully this will help someone else.
