connect ur mobile with a system (usb cable)...
found out whether it is charging or not...
if the same prblm appears then there is a prblm in ur cell phone or power jack(socket)...
if it charged with usb cable buy a new charger
Please change Phone Bettery and check the charging

Your Phone charging IC Fault So Please change charging IC

You could try and get another USB charging cord because yours might be broken. You could try and clean your charging port because sometimes dust gets in the way of the USB and port.

Solutions
1.The usb connection uses about 5v charge and is utilized from your phones battery.So charge become less.
2.If your charger pin is loose when you plug in the charger it shows "charging" for that instance only and it won't charge.

The charger is a lil on the cheap side so u have to be very careful charger stays in the wall!,but the good thing is that u have two batterys and its easiesr to just put battery in the charger by itself to charge and its red and green and steady green when fully charged,good luck...!

this issue directly related with the charging circuitry... the issue can either be with the charger itself or majorly with the charging ic ...

i had faced this problem with the chinese mobile phone but this can be either with the chinese model or can be with the other...so check the both things one by one...hopefully the issue will be resolved..

my cect i9 was not charging from usb I though it was the cable but after I took out battery and scrapped the 3 contacts on the batttery with my fingernail it started to charge and be recognized by computer again

it might be the battery. cause batteries on cell phones only last for so long [depending on how long you've had it] or you might just have a bad phone. go to the phone company where your phone is from, and tell them about it, and they'll probably give you a new phone.
