Dear sir/madam hi i bought a sony make handy cam model dcr-hc36 one year back i got software cd also along with it. but unfortunately i lost it some where. now my problem is: i am getting connected my cam to pc and only able to view data of memory stick. But i m unable to see the contents of mini tape in my cam. please provide me the support srinivas

and if you look to the left hand menu ... click on drivers and software for the software for that cam

I haven't got the cd for the installation

Hi friend
first you install the cable and connect cable with pc and select mode Data then click on start-->printers and faxes-->Scanners and Cameras from here you can load all picture on your's pc.
Second go to cyber cafe open google and write yours cam coder model and press enter download appropriate file fpr installing on pc.

Hi,

You could easily get a Software by Downloading it from the Sony's Website. The link is :-

http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/select-system.pl?DIRECTOR=DRIVER

Select the Options and then Select the Operating System ( Like Windows 98, Vista , etc ) and then download it.
