It's not an "Etch-A-Sketch" - look for an Apple Store for assistance; and do not bang it again - the surface mount componets are much smaller than your 1960's transistor radio and can be destroyed by a single drop or static shock.
Have you tried the Etch-a-Sketch method ? (tip it upside down and shake it?!)
Turning it upside down to get all the crumbs out might help, or you might have to take it apart and find out what is blocking it - crumbs, or a foreign object such as a wire bread bag tie etc
