My boss wants to see the caller ID on the first ring. Currently, it does not show up until the 2nd ring. Is there any way that this can be changed, or is this this impossible?

As far as the caller ID, there is no way to turn it off on the Partner system. My guess is the provider isn't sending caller ID.

Could there be a button stuck down?
