MY TV (model M370SL) is connected to the internet, but none of the widgets/apps can access the internet. They each have a yellow hazard symbol on them. When I open a widget/app, the message says "Connection disconnected. Check you network settings." When I do this and test the wireless connection, I confirm that the TV is connected and the signal strength shows all bars. But I also get the message: "Download: Not Available."

It sounds like a defective wireless antenna. Connect your PS3 via a long network cable and see if you can get online. If you can, the problem is a defective antenna.
Assuming you purchased the PS3 from a store and have the reciept, you should be able to get it swapped or fixed via warranty.
Good luck and take care,
Chimpster

When you are not able to connect with Internet from Your Wii, means there is something wrong with the settings. You may go to Wii Fix Guide
and check out the guide available there, This DIY guide will show step
by step pictures to fix the problems yourself without any technical
knowledge.
SOURCE: it says can't download the
The trick is to not test the connection. Just keep trying to download the update... It might take a few tries, it might take a few hundred, but eventually it will take. I believe this problem is caused by a busy server on microsoft's end, but am unsure.... just hang in there and keep trying to download the update without testing the connection.

Usually answered in minutes!
did you find out how to fix it? my tv just started doing the same thing
Mine too did you get it corrected?
So the problem is usually in one of two places. Either the module in the TV that allows you to be connected to the internet, or your router. You can try resetting your router, you can try power cycling your TV which is done my unplugging it from the wall and then pressing the power button on the TV for a minute or so, plugging the tv back into the wall (not a power cord) and see if that doesn't help. Wait an hour or so and try again. If this does not work, then if you are within the warranty period of the TV which is a year I think, then they will dispatch a service person out to replace module. I had to have this done and it still didn't fix the problem so they replaced the TV for me. I hope this helps you.
