Tap the Device tab to view apps that have been downloaded to your device.
Press and hold the app you'd like to remove, and then tap Remove from Device.
Downloaded apps you remove from your Kindle Fire are stored in your Apps library and can be downloaded again from the Cloud tab.
To permanently remove an app from your Amazon.com account, visit Your Apps from a web browser. Select "Delete this app" from the "Actions..." drop down menu to the right of the app. If you permanently delete the app, you'll need purchase it again from the Amazon Appstore to install it on your Kindle Fire
Usually this problem is due to either your WiFi is not turned on or your security settings for downloading 3rd party apps is off. To turn on go to settings, device, then turn on "Allow Installation of Applications".
You need to use the Google Play Store app to download from Play Store. If your device does not have it, as an alternative, you can download and install the Amazon Kindle Android Apps on Google Play!
This is the worst and most frustrating purchase ever!!! Finally registered it and downloaded apps from scratch since i lost my preloaded apps from factory reset and everytime we want to play a game, parental control pops up every time, even in the middle of the game!! Ridiculous!
Coby no longer uses GetJar, I would download 1mobile.com's - http://www.1mobile.com they have an app store that has an updated version of Amazon App Store.
