Hi To connect to a WiFi system, you may need 3 pieces of information: A username A password An encryption key Once you have successfully linked to a WiFi access point then your tablet will remember the settings until told to forget them. A lot of the time you may only need the encryption key, and if the tablet detects a WiFi access point then if you tap on that in wireless settings then it will either connect automatically or ask you for some sort of code - the encryption key. If this is not entered correctly then it will return an authentication problem/error. In order to connect you have to have this code. Cheers

Patty, I'm first assuming you can at least boot the tablet to the menu screen. Scroll over to the settings menu. Scroll down the settings menu to backup and reset. You then have two options given: Back up my data or Factory data reset!

My tablet is telling me that I don't have enough space to download any apps.I know I have enough space though.

reformat as in clear your memory ? all data will be lost if you do this ! easy way is link it to a laptop/desktop and format drive or factory reset

My polaroid does the same thing just hold the charger in while pushing it down but it will take a while

Restart your tablet and try again. Do you have another device that can connect to your wifi? Is your password correct that you entered? It could be something on the internet side or you could be out of range of the wifi signal.

You will most likely need to factory reset the tablet. **Note** This will delete everything stored on the tablet and reset it back to basic settings. Do you know what model it is? Try this.

1. Turn off the tablet.
2. Turn the tablet back on while holding the power and the back button.
