SOURCE: Where can I find JBL platinum series speaker drivers?

Hi!
The kind of speakers usually don't effect what drivers you have to use. If you have your motherboard cd then you can install the sound drivers from that cd. And, if you still are unable to find them in the cd then please tell me the model no. of your PC(and/or model no. of the motherboard).

I use these speakers since 2000. It will be 9 years this October!!! They work very good. I never used any drivers for them. I changed three computers with different mother boards / sound cards and they worked fine with any Sound Manager I tried.

Hi, It may not be a problem with the speakers but the the sound drivers of your PC. Verify that your Sound, video and game controller drivers are installed correctly/completely with no yellow or red markings in your Device Manager. If yes, try to uninstall and re-install using the original CD that came with the motherboard/PC as driver source. Alternately, you can download newer drivers if available. Hope this be of some idea/help. Post back how things turn up or should you need additional information. Pls include brand/model/version of your PC or motherboard. Good luck and kind regards.

well, you have to seek for your Model, if you have the disks for this drivers, but, if you have sound card /modem combo, see if in BIOS is enable. then use the drivers, for this particular system.
usually with the F10 key you enter on BIOS and see there if you got any function for SOUND. and enable it.
look in the compaq page for your drivers for the nx9010

reinstall the audio driver for vista,and then use the speaker it will works
