Water inside basketball support

I am afraid that the water inside the basketball support tank will freeze tonight when the temperature drops down to the predicted 9 degrees tonight. Is it OK if I put antifreeze in the water inside the basketball support tank?

No, the automotive antifreeze is acidic, and will eat through the thin plastic.
A better option is RV Antifreeze - it is PINK and available at RV centers. You will need at LEAST 2 gallons to have the correct mixture.
Better option - empty it out, and fill with sand.

Vailant ecotec plus 837 - Water pressure and temp is too high

Pressure inside the tank will rise along with the water temperature. As the water inside cools the pressure will wane until the heating element turns on and reheats the water with a subsequent rise in pressure. Running the hot water at the same time will draw heat energy from the boiler and lower the internal temp and pressure as well.

Water Dispenser Temperature Control/switch-off

Not on regular models. Most models have a water tank in the fridge compartment which makes the water temperature to stay just above freezing temperature.

Wanna a play with your unit. Then remove the tank and just add two pipe ends together. Eliminating the tank. Then you should get room temperature water after about 5 seconds of cold water. Be careful just connecting the two ends of pipe after removing tank might lead to freezing pipes if your fridge temperature is close to freezing temp.

Tank sweats profusly

Sweating tank can cause moisture problems inside bathroom.
Sweating is caused when incoming water temperature is hotter or colder than air temperature inside bathroom.
You can verify this by not flushing tank for several hours and notice that sweating stops once water inside tank warms or cools to same temperature inside bathroom.
Problem can also be cause when there is not enough ventilation inside bathroom and water on tank does not evaporate.

To solve problem:
1) Increase bathroom ventilation and add dehumidifier or fan so condensation drys.
2) Insulate interior of tank. Empty water and let tank dry. Tape off moveable parts. Use can of spray foam and insulate inside of tank. Let foam dry and cut away excess foam.
3) Add tempering tank or staging tank inside room to pre-heat/cool water before it enters tank

Is the water tank the windshield washer fluid or the radiator overflow tank??

If it is the washer fluid tank, fill it with "below 32F" type fluid. If it is the radiator over flow tank, it would appear to me that the radiator fluid is too watered down or weak and is not freeze resistant. The radiator fluid should be 50/50 mix of Prestone or other make of radiator fluid and water. This is to save your engine and radiator from bursting. Ice takes up move volume that water (this is why Ice floats on water). Inside of a pipe, radiator or engine block, this can be devisating. You could crack your radiator or engine block. Hopefully who ever serviced your car last used the correct fluid. You might want to get this checked before more damage happens to your car.

Hope this helps.

I believe you are having a combination of problems. Your air damper with fan is malfunctioning and causing freezing inside your fresh food section. The part number is WR49X10091 and there is a better replacement for that now.Refrigerator air inlet cover/damper kit with fan motor. Damper and fan assembly has been updated to prevent freezing in the refrigerator. As for the water tank epoxy does not work well with plastic so I would replace the tank to prevent having to go back later and do it again. I will assist you through this if you like, Thanks, Sea Breeze

My gas water heater sometimes sounds like its perculating. Is this a problem?

It can be if it keeps boiling the water. Your tank will have a pressure relief valve with a copper pipe dropping down near the floor...is there signs of water coming out of the pipe? Be certain it is working by testing it...lift the lever in the center of the relief (Place a bucket under the pipe first to catch the water that will flow out). Over time these valves can rust up and not work.

In the worst case, boiling the water causes steam build up in the tank which is under pressure. Enough steam can cause the tank to rupture and that is a bad thing.

I am not certain but you probably need a new temperature probe if the tank is over heating the water inside.

Anyways what i did to fix the problem is lift the ps3 a couple inches off the ground and gently drop it so the dust or w.e it is in the ps3 settles n fixes. The second time this happened (tonight) i tried dropping it again and it didn't work, it really got me mad, but then i tried dropping it again this time upside down and after 1 drop it worked. anyways hope this helps :)

The line & valve on my grill's propane tank freeze up

I suggest cleaning and drying out the line as it sounds like there may be water in it.
Liquid propane could be getting into your regulator as well, make sure your propane tank is upright with the output on the top.
Make sure your regulator vent hole is clean and is facing down toward the ground.
If you are in a very cold or humid climate, you may also want to look into a regulator cover.
