The laser portion of my Ultimate Arms Gear Tactical "QD" Quick Release 2.5-10x40 came loose - how can I tighten it?

  • Anonymous Dec 09, 2012

I opened the battery compartment, removed the "spanner" nut, removed green disc, removed four screws, with a long skinny phillips screwdriver loosened the screws (top and bottom). I was able to move it enough to get some locktite under then tightened back up and reassembled

One of the arms is loose, the screw cannot tighten and the connection with the glass goes in and out freely, it lost the plastic tightener

I suggest taking them in, it can range from being a quick and easy repair or replacement of your frames.

Upper portion of agitator not working

This is commonly attributed to worn agitator dogs. The following link explains:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r823955-replacing_agitator_dogs

The part number is included in the instructions I provided for you. You can find replacements at appliancepartspros.com for about $5.

If you have questions, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

NOTE: When re-installing the agitator, do not over tighten. This may damage the agitator and/or restrict its movement. Tighten until snug.
