Hi, First change the fuse. Then if it still isn't functioning properly, you may have to replace the lamp, in which case you should contact a specialist. Details can be found in the Instructions Manual.
and enter EB270 and click the Go button. Then download the PDF file of the manual in English (EN)
Hope this helps :)

ps Someone else on Fixya claims to have fixed the F14 problem by changing the PCB Board, whatever that is.. but there was no further rating or feedback given. That's all I have.. Good Luck!

Hey friend, thanks for your post!
I see that your Electrolux wall oven is displaying an "F14" error code. "F14" stands for display tail missing, which means you could have an issue within your main control board or keypad. I would perform a reset on your appliance which can be done by flipping your household circuit breaker off for roughly ten minutes. If that does not correct the issue I would suggest seeking a professional to come out properly diagnose and repair your appliance. I hope this is helpful. -Matt
We have a Gaggenau BO250/251. It gave error code E005, and after a lot of frustration, we opened the left hand light (NOT the light at the top of the owen) and fiddled a little with the bulb. And voila, the owen worked again.
Stupid design to disable the owen when the light does not work. Bravo, Gaggenau....
F23-relay electronics not selecting. There is either a fault with the pcb or a loss of continuity within the ribbon cable. Unfortunately, I think you are going to need an expert to look at this to confirm.
Sorry I cannot be of more assistance but some faults do require a physical check from a professional and cannot always be sorted out from a distance.
All the best.
I called the place where we bought the oven and after 1 toll free call with many options to go through and talking to three different women I was able to talk to a repair person who ended up being 25 miles away! Since this was on a Saturday he came out today and all it was was a loose wire!! Thanks for getting back to me. Lorelee
I had the same fault F70. Poured several liters boiling water no result. I decided to take the oven out the kitchen and put on the table. Be carefull, its edges are sharp. You need to disconnect water supply, first close the tap, then remove the water pipe from the oven by hand. Remove also the drain pipe from the sewage connection. You cannot detach it from the oven. Unplug power supply. Then start unscrewing the top panel. Once removed you can unscrew also the side panel left side (by looking at the oven from the front door side) and finally remove the back panel. You will need a special screw driver as the screws are star type.
I found out that there was some little water on the bottom panel of the oven. There is a safety sensor which is in contact with the bottom panel on the left side of the oven near the electronic board.
If this get wet, the faul code F70 appears.
Also some water was in the hole of the level sensor in the pump chamber next to the other sensor (white plastic box)
So dry all the water with the help of kitchen paper and finally with hair dryer.
Put back all teh parts and voila', it works again.
F14 is usually the fault code (open circuit) for the NTC sensor on the electronics module.
I would suspect a bad connection from the oven temp sensor (located at the rear of the oven) to the electronics module.
If you are able to remove the oven from the enclosure and remove the top and rear panels, (power disconnected!!) I would suggest checking all connections to/from electronics module.
Also make sure door contact switches are secure and not loose (remove side panels)
