Make sure all your software on computer is upto date, and check you've got the latest version of adobe flash player, I think thats the one! I hope you have success!
if you finished the game and then the out of sync pops out, try checking that quest again. maybe it is not saved so try doing it again. and if its already done, dont worry youpll see the reward in your gift box soon when the game server is already okay
Try going to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and download the "Adobe Flash Player." This will update your current player and may solve the problem.
You may also want to consider expanding the video memory in your computer. (I was surprised to find out that it only cost me $18.99 plus shipping to expand the video memory on my computer.)
Doing these two things should solve the problem and get you ready for newer online games that are coming out in the future.
