If it's a full ring where all of them are blinking red, that means you need to replug your component cables, unplug them, then plug them back in and that should do the trick..
It's a common fault with X boxes, the red lights indicate overheating, so make sure it is well ventillated and if neccasary you can purchase an add on cooler for the system.
