I have several recurring telemarketing calls (free Google ads, free vacation deals, etc.) that we would like to block since they refuse to take us off their calling lists even though we've requested it. Is there a way to "block" the phone numbers. I know you can on some Uniden phones and was hoping we could here at work on the Avayas.

Try hitting the speaker button and intercom your boss. When you hit the speaker button to hang up, do you get the same thing? If not. It could be that the gray "clicker" switch that pushes down when you put the handset back isnt going all the way back down...
Let me know.

By default individual coverage is set to 45 seconds. Ask your phone vendor to reduce it.

Go there, I have it as an FAQ.
That is how you can do it using forwarding.
If you are already at the phone you want to answer calls, you can use follow me here.
*12*N# ( where N is the extension you want forwarded to where you are )
*13*N# to cancel the forwarding. ( where N is the extension you want forwarded to where you are )

Do you have access to Manager? You can tag the incoming call which does not show the caller ID of a call until the call is answered.
