I have the cord to connect two machine, but i don't know where i need to put this cord on the phone. There are three holes behind the phone. Could you let me know where to put the cord? Thank you.

SOURCE: KX-TG6071M 5.8 GHz talking caller id not working

Hi trinigirl, You should not have to do anything to make the caller id information come through. There is no programming to perform for the regular caller id identification on your display after the second ring (it takes at least one ring cycle for the digital information to pass through). Your model also has the talking caller id function, which will announce in English the callers name or a custom name you can prepare in the phone book of handset number 1. With all that said, you are not getting caller id showing after the second ring, then your phone is bad (which is pretty rare for this symptom), or your phone line still does not have caller id activated. To troubleshoot your problem you need another phone line with working caller id and/or a different phone that is known good to pass caller id. That way you can interchange the phones/lines to see if it is your line or your phone. My guess it is your line somehow, though I have fixed phones that won't pass caller id, but rarely. If it is your phone, try rebooting it, thats about all you can do short of sending it in for repair. Let me know how it goes. CG

Your system clock is displayed on all phones - so your system's time is off. If you have Caller ID, you can have the system set to adjust the clock daily according to Caller ID, but that often gets worse, depending on the telephone company. I've even seen some systems off by four hours or more, so we don't recommend that either.

If you have programming access to the system, the system clock is setting 000.

Our servers adjust the clocks automatically every weekend to the accuracy of the Naval Observatory's Atomic Clock.

How to active caller id for panasonic kx-t7730

It depends what telephone system the KX-T7730 is connected to. You should have a Panasonic box that says 'KX-TA624', 'KX-TEA308, 'KX-TES824' or similar somewhere.
Depending which Telephone System you have, it may just need programming or it may need an additional card (circuit board) installing. Panasonic KX TEA TES Telephone Systems Tiny Telecom

Panasonic KX-TGA101S Cordless bought from US not working in Chennai Telephones ,BSN L(India). Can I have the name of Converter which help it work in compatable frequency for caller ID Thanks Ravindran P

There isn't any converter available. The technology used for caller ID is different and the telephone was made for US use. There's no way to change the telephone to make it compatible. You will need to either get a new telephone made for your country, or find an external caller ID display unit.

How do I get the Panasonic KX-T7633 to show incoming caller's phone number? Is this a feature the phone automatically has or do I need to contact my telephone provider? Thank You.

You need to have Caller ID enabled by your telephone provider. Most providers charge a fee for the service. (In my area, it is $4.50 to display just the incoming number, $6 for names and numbers or you can get it in a bundle with other services for ~$10. Your prices may vary.)

The incoming calls will be listed in the call log once the service is active. You can clear this information when you are confirming the log information after navigating to the desired item by pressing Clear. You use the left/right arrows to find desired log/directory and then the up/down arrows to select a log.

I hope this helps.

Caller id

If you are using standard telephone lines, the LCOT cards have to be fitted with Caller ID boards to be able to retrieve the data. If you have the boards, and you have turned on the Caller ID feature on each telephone line, your phone company is not providing the service.
