I can't figure my tablet how to set it up

It is a QVC / Amazon special 11 years old and made in China with no support.

Firstly make sure the tablets are charging and are charged, if the answer is yes then you can try a soft reset by holding down the on button for 30 seconds to 1 minute. There may even be a tiny hole with reset written by it, push a pin in this hole gently until you hear a click, try starting now...
Without knowing what tablets you have any more advice would be pointless really.....but try these fixes first and see what happens??

Do you mean the Gigaset QV830 8" tablet? QVC has the manual for this tablet here: http://www.qvc.com/footers/el/pdf/E227185_UserManual.pdf . Unfortunately, I do not know how long this link will remain valid. It does work today.

I purchased A Coby tablet from Fingerhut and it did the same thing in less then a week and the connection fell inside the device so i returned Their piece of junk... i now have a bigger better one from stoneberry and a smaller Samsung Galaxy 2 from Qvc :)..i pau $60.05 in

They will probably be able to find your info and when you bought it, and if there are any recalls on the product or if still warrenteed etc.
