Hello, Debi - I have not yet found replacement knobs specifically for your Bravetti roaster model. Bravetti was made by Euro-Pro, but it seems no products with the Bravetti trademark have been manufactured since around 2010. Did you put frozen items directly into the HOT oil the close the top?.. the excess water (frozen particles) will melt and try to homogenize with the oil.. since water and oil don't mix,, the oil and water expand quickly... liquids cannot be compressed, so the excess pressure escapes at the path of least resistance - by blowing the top off..
