Many routers need to be optimized for xbox connections or you will have serious latency problems. You can find out how to do this by going to the manufacturer of your routers homepage and search support for "xbox."

Xbox live lag

This could happen for many reasons. It could be other people using up all you internet. If possible connect your xbox directly to your router or modem and see if that fixes the problem. If not use speedtest.net and see if the speed you are getting is what you are paying for.

Bought a 250gb hard drive to put into new x box slim console to play an original x box game....still will not play or recognize the game (SNK vs CAPCOM) what am I missing??? Do I need a disk to download???

Hi there, not all original Xbox games can be played on the Xbox 360 and Xbox 360 Slim, I came across the same problem myself. I have checked the compatible games lists and cannot find the game you mention on any of them so I am presuming that this game unfortunately will not play on the Xbox 360.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news

XBOX Live is "connected" but i cant play any games online because the server is always "Temporarily unavailable"

xbox live has recently added three ports for wireless internet.
if you know how to open ports (protocols) on your wireless router, then the following should be open (enabled) for your xbox 360s IP adress:
TCP
: 80

TCP and UDP:
:3074
:88
