This is a fuser error. Probably over heating. Try leaving the unit unplugged for one night and try again. If is not working the fuser is defective or depleted and need to be replaced. If the unit is in good shape contact a service center otherwise its better to get a new unit

It sounds like you downloaded the PCL Universal Driver. Try the full solution driver or the PostScript Universal Driver. Both allow color prints.

Developer Motor error.
Power off for 30 seconds. Power on, if error persists get the developer motor replaced.
If the problem still doesn't go away replace the DC Controller.
In other words, get a tech to look at it.
