When I want to see wide there is a big black circle blocking the light
You should
stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your knees slightly bend and hold
the medicine
ball with your arms extended directly above your head. Then you should rotate
your arms clockwise without moving your elbows using
the ball to "draw" circles in front of you. Repeat it ten times and then change
direction.

I know that ths is normal now thanks. I brought the light back and got my money back. Purchased another mag lite but took it back also. I don't find them any better than a smaller LED flashlight. The only difference is they are way more expensive and are heavy. But I don't really understand why the black circle exists when you use the width. A flashlight is suppose to help you see and this doesn't make sense to me. The black circle blocks your vision.
I have an LED light that throws a perfect circle of light. It is a small chrome plated light that uses 3 AAA batteries.
this light has a lens that looks like a magnifying glass. keep your eyes open for one. Mine doesn't have a name brand or any markings on it anywhere so I can't tell you anything other than to look for one with the thick lens on the front.
A "SUREFIRE" light has a focused beam of light. If you want the best get the "KROMA MIL SPEC" Model. go to www.surefire.com
