No fuses in a camera. Check the battery first to determine if it is fully charged. THen check the contact points on the battery and in the camera. ALSO....be sure you are putting the battery in correctly.
i also have a Vivitar ViviCam t028 and i just changed the batteries and it wont turn on i was just about to empty the memory card but it wont turn on so i can't i don't know what's wrong with it.
I have the exact same problem and i still have no idea what to do with it i tried changing the batteries and everything but it just wont turn on there are no lights where you change change you settings and i can't take any pictures with it someone please help
Your problem is likely due to corrosion on the battery contacts inside the camera
which can prevent the full power of the batteries from flowing into the
camera. Try this free fix before you do anything else: remove the batteries and wipe the camera contacts firmly with
a dry cloth (heavy corrosion may require cleaning with a wire brush,
steel wool, or sandpaper). Remove any residue that may have fallen
into the battery compartment during cleaning, then wipe both ends of
the batteries and place them back in the camera. This cleaning clears
the problem about 90% of the time. If it doesn't work for you, your camera may have
a problem that requires professional repair.
try to check the battery contacts of the camera...you might need to 'wipe' a contact cleaner to clean it. Caution: Be careful on working with chemicals with your camera. If still no luck...refer to a qualified service tech
