1. Are you not able to log-in your email account?
2. Are you able to log-in your email account but you cannot access your inbox?
3. Are you able to access your inbox cannot view any email?
4. Are you able to access any email in inbox/sent-items but you cannot reply/forward ?
Please tell what error you receive when try to log-in your account at home or abroad. Please also tell which email server you are using? Is that any private email server like "yahoo", "hotmail", "gmail" or any official email id allocated to you by your company.
There should be a button somewhere on the sign-in screen that reads something along the lines of 'forgotten password' or 'cant access your account'. Click on this, it will usually be near the enter password box, it will then promt you to enter your email and from here you will be able to change your password :)
